Sawtry Colts Football Club Affiliated to the Huntingdonshire FA Established since 1983
Sawtry Colts would welcome your team’s entry to The George Ruff Sawtry Fives Festival of Football, which has been recognised as one of the Premier Youth Football Events in the East Anglian region. This year’s tournaments will be held over the weekends of the 10th and 11th May 2008 and 7th and 8th June 2008. The age group separation will allow for all teams to play significantly more football. We aim for a minimum of seven games, in eight team “round robin” leagues and then on to the knockout stages.
U7’s and U8’s will play “round robin” only and all will receive medals of participation.

The venue is located within a lovely countryside setting and is purpose built for large sports events. There will be a wide variety of well-priced food and refreshments, making for a wonderful family day out. Ample “on site”, marshalled parking will be available, the cost of which will be £2.00 per car to include a program. Teams to be registered at 9:00 a.m. on the day.

To enter your team(s) please complete the relevant application forms and return them with your remittance of £20 per team to the Tournament Co-Ordinator at 15 Church Street, Sawtry, Cambs, PE28 5SZ, or alternatively you can e-mail your entry to tournaments@sawtrycolts.org (confirmation of entry will only be on receipt of entry fee), no later than March 31st 2008. Cheques should be made payable to Sawtry Colts FC.
Entries are restricted to two teams per age group and all entries will be dealt with on a first come first served basis. Further details, team sheets, etc. will be forwarded on receipt of your entry. We look forward to seeing you there.
